About me
I’m a delivery leader with 10+ years of experience in IT outsourcing and software delivery, including roles as Senior Delivery Manager and Head of Delivery.
Over the years I’ve built delivery functions from scratch, managed multi-million dollar client programmes across T&M and Fixed Price models, turned around underperforming teams, and led EU tender processes from bid to execution.
I’ve worked with engineering teams across the EU and US, managing portfolios of 3–4 concurrent projects with up to 25+ engineers. I know what it takes to keep clients happy, teams focused, and programmes on track — even when things get complicated.
What motivates me most is bringing clarity, structure, and calm execution to complex delivery environments where many teams, stakeholders, and priorities need to move in the same direction.
