In tech, holding onto the past can sometimes block the path to future growth. Today, I am officially closing a chapter that spanned a decade and a half, consolidating my digital footprint into a single professional space.
If you arrived at this page after typing limout.com into your browser, you likely remember me as the founder of Limout Soft. Launched back in 2010, the agency started during the peak of Flash development, early WordPress eCommerce booms, and ambitious custom software setups.
Over the years, the Limout team delivered everything from bespoke web platforms to complex WooCommerce integrations and distributed team management. It was an incredible era of rapid learning, hands-on engineering, and hundreds of successful rollouts.
The Evolution of Focus
The tech landscape has shifted dramatically since then, and so has my professional focus. For the past decade, Limout has essentially operated as a static archive. My day-to-day work long ago transitioned away from traditional agency-style web outsourcing (“building websites from scratch”) and moved toward high-stakes Software Delivery Management, fintech infrastructure, and compliance consulting.
Keeping a legacy server live with 10 gigabytes of historical client files no longer makes operational sense. The core value of that 15-year journey – the risk management frameworks, the agile delivery methodologies, and the battle-tested engineering leadership – hasn’t vanished. It has simply evolved into my independent practice under Lipcean Consulting.
